General Terms Of Sale Of Tickets on the Bal Du Moulin Rouge Internet Site

These general terms of sale are provided for the purpose of enabling buyers to place an order. By placing an order the buyer acknowledges his/her complete acceptance, without exception, of the general sales conditions.

Article 1 - TICKET PRICES AND NUMBER OF TICKETS PERMITTED
1.1- The rates listed by the Bal du Moulin Rouge include either the show alone or the show with dinner, according to the option chosen, and are shown in euros including all taxes and rental fees, with the exception of shipping and handling fees.
1.2- All other services not included in the initial reservation will be billed in addition. The cost of the coat check is not included in the rates shown.
1.3- The Bal du Moulin Rouge reserves the right to request an ID from customers who have requested the reduced rate for minors.
1.4- The total number of reserved seats per person cannot exceed 10 per order except by special arrangement.
1.5- The Bal du Moulin Rouge reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services will be billed according to the rates in effect at the moment the order is placed.

Article 2 - RESERVATIONS
2.1- Availability
All reservations are processed in real time and are subject to availability. Sales will not be considered final until receipt of an email of confirmation from the Bal du Moulin Rouge with the reservation number.
The buyer's bank account will immediately be debited for the amount of services.
2.2- Exchange/cancelation
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the show is cancelled by the Bal du Moulin Rouge.
2.3- Seating arrangement
Since the Bal du Moulin Rouge arranges seating each evening, a seating plan cannot be provided and no complaints will be accepted regarding the assignment of places by the maître d'hôtel.

Article 3 - METHODS OF PAYMENT
3.1- The following credit cards are accepted: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.
3.2- Only one method of payment is authorised for each order.

Article 4 - SECURITY OF PAYMENT AND PERSONAL DATA

Article 5 - ELECTRONIC TICKET
5.1- Each electronic ticket has a unique bar code which permits the access of only one spectator to a show. Only the first copy of your electronic ticket presented to the bar code reader will give access to the cabaret. All other copies of the same e-ticket will be refused.
5.2- The buyer shall be responsible for the use made of his/her electronic ticket. An official photo ID may be requested to identify the buyer of the tickets (your name appears on your electronic ticket).
5.3- Tickets must be printed with sufficient quality. Any ticket which is only partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible will not be accepted and will be considered invalid.

Article 6 - INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR SHOWS AT THE BAL DU MOULIN ROUGE
6.1- The Bal du Moulin Rouge does its utmost to offer you a show that lives up to your expectations. However, the order, arrangement and casting of the show remain at the discretion of the Bal du Moulin Rouge and no complaints will be accepted in the case of a modification to the programme.
6.2- Meals will be served before the beginning of the show and, in order not to interfere with its smooth functioning, table service will be discontinued and the bar closed during the show.
6.3- The Bal du Moulin Rouge accepts children from the age of 6.
6.4- In accordance with legal provisions for the protection of minors, no alcoholic beverages may be ordered by a minor, and the Bal du Moulin Rouge reserves the right to request an ID to verify the age of any person who orders an alcoholic drink.
6.5- Proper attire is required (no tank tops for men, thongs, shorts, Bermudas or sports clothing or shoes) as well as respectful behaviour towards the employees and artists of the Bal du Moulin Rouge. The Bal du Moulin Rouge reserves the right to refuse access to or expel any customer who interferes with the smooth functioning of the show.
6.6- Animals are not permitted on the Moulin Rouge premises, with the exception of guide dogs, in accordance with the current legislation.
6.7- It is strictly prohibited to take pictures, film or to record all or part of the show, or of the hall. Any violation of this prohibition will be sanctioned by the confiscation of the device until the end of the show or will lead to the eviction of the show, and could be prosecuted before the courts.
6.8- In addition, it is forbidden to reproduce texts, logos, images or any other element which appears either on the Internet site of the Bal du Moulin Rouge, the ticket or emails sent by the Bal du Moulin Rouge.
6.9- The Bal du Moulin Rouge declines all responsibility for any damages relating to objects belonging to customers which have not been deposited in the facilities reserved for this purpose.
6.10- The Bal du Moulin Rouge a non-smoking theater.

Article 7 - APPLICABLE LAWS - JURISDICTION
The present general sales conditions are subject to French law. French courts shall have sole jurisdiction in case of litigation.
